SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship within 1 business day. We also ship regularly on Sundays.
- Our warehouse is based in Atlanta, GA, so delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
- While delays are rare, unforeseen carrier issues—such as delayed pickups—may occasionally affect your delivery time.

Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $30.
- Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Ground.

Custom order
- We take great care to ensure every customized order is perfected before shipping.
- Generally, all custom orders ship within 1–3 business days. In rare cases, delays may occur due to high order volume, technical issues, or maintenance. Our team carefully perfects every custom item before shipping, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
- All custom orders are shipped via UPS Ground Advantage.
