SHIPPING POLICY

  • General Shipping

    • Orders placed before 12 PM EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship within 1 business day. We also ship regularly on Sundays.

    • Our warehouse is based in Atlanta, GA, so delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

    • While delays are rare, unforeseen carrier issues—such as delayed pickups—may occasionally affect your delivery time.

  • Free Shipping

    • We offer free shipping on all orders over $60.

    • Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Ground.

  • Custom order

    • We take great care to ensure every customized order is perfected before shipping.

    • Generally, all custom orders ship within 1–3 business days. In rare cases, delays may occur due to high order volume, technical issues, or maintenance. Our team carefully perfects every custom item before shipping, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

    • All custom orders are shipped via UPS Ground Advantage.

    • If you have any question regarding the timeline, please directly contact us at support@getcirco.com along with your order number, and one of our teammates will take care of you!

  • Delivery & Tracking

    • Shipping is handled by USPS or UPS, depending on the order and shipping method.

    • Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, the final delivery process is managed by the carrier. This includes delivery timing, transit delays, missed scans, mis-delivery, or failed delivery attempts.

    • Tracking information is synced directly from the carrier’s system, and Circo does not control when or how tracking updates appear.

    • If you believe your package was mis-delivered, marked as delivered incorrectly, or failed to arrive as expected, we recommend contacting your local carrier office first for the most accurate delivery details.

    • You may also contact our support team at support@getcirco.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist with submitting a carrier inquiry or ticket when appropriate.
