You can easily share your profile to others with your Circo device via two simple ways: have them tap your device for 2 seconds, or scan the QR code embedded on the back of it. For iPhone, tap to the top area of the phone, and for Android, tap to the center area of the phone.

Can I have multiple Circo devices linked to 1 account?

Absolutely, you can! The Circo app allows you to activate numerous Circos under a single account. Simply sign into your preferred account and select 'Activate Circo Device' in the settings to get started!

Do I need to have a subscription to use Circo?

No, Circo does not require a monthly subscription in order to use and benefit from Circo products.

We do have Circo Pro but those are for additional features and are completely optional. As a matter of fact, you can use over 90% of the features FREE, and you don't necesarily have to have a pro to make beautiful mini-sites or efficiently connect with others.

What phones work with Circo devices?

In general, iPhones made after 2017, and most Android phones after 2016. However, for Android phones, they do need to have the NFC function turned ON. If it is an older device, simply scan the QR code in your App or on your device to access to your mini-site.

How do I get other people's information?

Your Circo profile comes with two main buttons for people to navigate to. In addition to your social accounts and contact details people can either Save your contact or Exchange Contact with you.

Circo's lead capture feature allows people to quickly enter their name, email, and any other information they wish to share with you. We email their details to you and your detail to them.

Can I have multiple profiles and switch between them?

Yes, you can. We understand that people have different jobs and networking usage scenarios, so Circo allows you to create up to 3 profiles with completely different designs and information. You can easily switch between profiles in Circo APP, and your smart device, QR, and link will automatically switch to the new profile in real time.
